Terms & Conditions

This website, https://www.brandersonline.com, is operated by Branders Promotional Products, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (DED Trader License 789318). These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

We accept Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards in AED only. We do not trade with or provide services to OFAC-sanctioned countries. Users must be 18 years of age or older to register and transact on our website, and are responsible for keeping their account details confidential and retaining their transaction records.

Quotations, Artwork & Approval

As all products are customized, prices are quoted per order based on the product, quantity and branding method. Before production, we send a digital mockup for your approval. Once approved, you are responsible for the spelling, colours, logo placement and other details shown on the mockup.

By sending us logos or artwork, you confirm that you have the right to use them on the products ordered. Printed and embroidered colours may vary slightly from on-screen colours and colour references. Production may result in small overruns or underruns; any expected variance will be confirmed with your quotation.

Delivery & Shipping

We deliver within the UAE, the GCC and internationally through trusted courier partners. Delivery charges are included in your quoted price, with no hidden fees. All delivery timelines are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Production usually takes one to two weeks, counted from the latest of order confirmation, full or agreed payment, and final artwork approval. Imported items, large quantities, special finishes and out-of-stock items may take longer; we will confirm an estimated delivery date with your quotation and keep you informed of any change.

Responsibility for the goods passes to the client upon delivery to the address provided by the client. Where the client arranges their own collection or courier, responsibility passes to the client when the goods are handed over. We are not responsible for loss or delay resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address, the client's absence at delivery, or events beyond our control such as customs clearance, weather or public holidays.

Delays may occur for reasons beyond our control, including supplier production or stock delays, international shipping, customs inspections, courier delays, public holidays, weather, and other events outside our reasonable control. We will make every reasonable effort to minimise any delay, but we are not liable for losses resulting from late delivery, including missed events or deadlines. If your order is needed for a fixed date, please tell us in writing when ordering; a delivery date is only guaranteed if we confirm it in writing.

Any damage or shortage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the affected items.

Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

You may cancel an order within 2 hours of confirmation, before production begins. Once production of customized items has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

If the delivered products do not match the approved mockup and specifications, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will review each case and, where the error is ours, offer a replacement or a refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 45 days to appear, depending on your bank.

Privacy Policy

Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.
