REFUND POLICY:

No refunds will be made once the order is confirmed and production started being customized products. In Case of any discrepancy between what's been agreed on and the outcome delivery refunds can be one through the original mode of payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customer can cancel their order/requested services within 2 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY: Returns and refunds can be done only in case there is a discrepancy between what has been proposed and the delivery outcome and they are evaluated case to case basis.

DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY:

We ship and deliver to UAE, GCC and international through domestic and international courier companies.

The duration of shipment varies according to mutual agreement and usually is done within 2-12 working day as per the agreement; case to case basis depending on customization level.

All delivery charges are free of charge and included within the shipment.
